just play mesa. The best group ive done it with was, frost rhino speedva and mesa. Frost sets up his bubble just inbetween the cap and the tunnel, everyone but the rhino stands in there and mesa kills everything. Rhino picks up 20-30 stacks before cap, rinse repeat.
