Yes and it's a blast. I have a RoBFlynn Miralda cosplay that uses this weapon sometimes and the 50 extra AR are very noticeable. I don't have much in the way of armor though, mostly peasant and imported stuff because I want to be sub 50% (stuff like dingy and wanderers would be possible though).The berserker blade has the highest strength scaling out if katanas which means that you only have to get dex to 27 pts to dual wield and maintain a high AR with the rest of the points in str. A (40 or 50)/28 str/dex split is what I use on my DaS2 quality build. Manslayer just has really low reqs to powerstance 17/27 str/dex so there's that.
